Potion is a liquid, which, when consumed or spilled, gives a person a power or ability to do something that otherwise wouldn’t be able to do. It can be made for other purposes also.

How to Create a Potion Recipe?
First, you have to know what kind of potion you want to create. For example, I’ll say that I want to create a healing potion, so I have to know, which herbs should I use. To know for what a specific herb is, print Magical Usage of Herbs & Healing Plants. After you do that, check which herbs you need. For my healing potion, I’ll need: marjoram, elder flower, nettle, mentha, rosemary, and St. John’s wort. Now, I have the ingredients. The only thing left to do, is to write down the recipe in my book of shadows:

Healing Potion

  • Marjoram
  • Elder Flower
  • Nettle
  • Mentha
  • Rosemary
  • St. John’s Wort Blossoms

Brew the upper Ingredients for about 2–3 minutes in Holy Water. Then, pour the Potion through a Strainer into a Glass. Drink the Potion or apply it directly on the Wound or the Site of Pain, when it is still warm.

If the potion has any limitations, you should write Note: or Beware!, and specify them at the end of the recipe.

I am brand new to wiccan and searching for healing potion to expel very nasty negative manifestation in my lungs which conventional medicine says is extremely difficult to cure, at best. I know that this is not true!
