Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Lavender is an aromatic, to 80 cm high shrub. It has narrow, silver-greyish leaves, and blossoms that are dark violet in colour.

Use in cuisine:
Fresh and dried leaves can be used for seasoning gravies, soups, fish dishes, and meat.

Lavender is known for its pleasant smell. It can be used against insomnia, irritability, headaches and migraines; it helps with depression, corrupted and rippling stomach. Lavender also relieves cough, and it should also help at asthma.

Use lavender for: love, protection, sleep, longevity, purification, happiness and peace.
