Centaury (Centaurium erythræa)

Centaury is up to 30 cm high plant, with blossoms that have pale lilac colour. It grows on meadows near woods, where there is a lot of sunshine.

Use in cuisine:
Centaury is used as additive for bitters and herbal wines.

Centaury has beneficial effect on digestion, because it increases the secretion of bile, which accelerates the decomposition of food.

Magical use:
In vanquishing potions, otherwise unknown.
